Co-Founder & Director

Zannah-Rose brings nearly 10 years of hands-on rope access experience to A-Z, having worked across a wide range of building types and facade systems. As co-founder, she leads the company's operational and administrative build-out, ensuring A-Z runs to the same high standards it holds on site. She's the kind of director who still gets on the ropes, because she believes you can't lead a technical team without staying technically sharp.

Amin Ab Paykar
Co-Founder & Director

Amin has nearly 20 years of rope access and building exterior experience, with a track record on some of New Zealand's most technically demanding structures. Originally from Germany, he brings a precise, quality-focused approach to every job he steps onto and leads by excellent example on site. His expertise spans commercial high-rise, stadium, industrial, specialty facade work, construction assistance, and ETFE installation, where he is recognised for careful, highly skilled work across New Zealand.

We're part of a strong network of reliable, skilled rope access technicians from a wide range of trade backgrounds. When a project needs extra hands or specialist experience, we know who to call, and we only work with people who meet the standard we expect from ourselves.

Certification Standard

IRATA Levels Explained

L1
Technician

Entry-level certification. Technicians work under direct supervision of a Level 3. Competent in rope access fundamentals, ascending, descending, and basic rescue.

L2
Technician

Mid-level certification. Can work more independently, supervise Level 1 technicians, and conduct more complex rigging and rescue operations.

L3
Supervisor

Senior certification. Responsible for supervising rope access work, writing method statements, conducting rescue plans, and ensuring IRATA compliance across the team.
