What It's Like to Work Here
A-Z Access Solutions is a new company, but it's run by people with decades of experience. That means we know what the job requires, what good safety looks like, and what a technician actually needs to do their work well, because we've been in those harnesses ourselves.
We don't send people on jobs they're not equipped for, we don't cut corners on equipment, and we don't tolerate unsafe shortcuts. When you work for A-Z, your safety is genuinely our first priority, not just on paper.
We're a small, tight team right now. That means every person matters, every voice is heard, and when we grow, you grow with us. And the bants aren't half bad either.
Current Openings
We're looking for IRATA Level 1 certified technicians for casual and part-time work across building washes, painting, and general maintenance jobs in Auckland. You'll work under the supervision of a Level 3 supervisor.
Experienced Level 2 technicians with building exterior experience. Ability to supervise Level 1 technicians on site. Experience with facade works, glazing, or sealant an advantage.
Senior technicians for project supervision roles. Responsible for method statements, rescue planning, and on-site team leadership. Experience in a range of building types preferred.
